Relaxing by the pool was very nice, and the friendly staff always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

The towels are the worse I ever had.complained and no results those towels have to be change inmediatly

The location was favourable and amazing, you can visit Grand Kino Hermosillo by walking. The area was secure near the business center, and good restaurants and pretty safe area. I had a nicely decorated room with breakfast included and everything was really good.

Voco hermosillo, an ihg is in a fantastic location, just off the hermosillo-nogales az highway. I loved the sonora steakhouse nearby. Everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly.

The wait staff rips you off during transactions and purchases. It happened to me 4 times in a four day stay. In fact I am going to make a formal complaint with Holiday Inn Corporation.
